Malfurion kinda looks like a N'elf and a Dwarf did it.

He looks like he's been living up in the mountains for a while. Quite a while. I wonder if the Stormrages and the Staghelms have been a-feudin'.
I like the fact that Ysera looks more Nelf-ish than, say, Alexstrasza. While I would think that all the green dragonflight would choose more Nelf-y forms (the whole Druid thing), I do wonder as to why the red choose High Elf forms. (Not that I mind, of course.)
